"Seconds" quality rusted plates may be more rough or textured than first quality. Or rusting may be more varied across the surface of the plate. All imperfections are cosmetic (created by nature!) and do not affect function of wall base. 

Each plate is naturally rusted in the Maine outdoors, then sanded and sealed by hand to a polished finish. One of a kind product!
